Your selected collection will include a release form and session agreement.
The release form and session agreement, and any additional forms and agreements pertaining to the session, must be signed by the responsible individual or party prior to the beginning of the session. A copy will be provided for your records.
Payment of your session retainer, a value of $200 ($50 for a social media and bloggers session) applying toward the cost of your session, must be made in full at the time of reservation.
Session retainers are non-refundable.
By reserving your session, you agree to attend on the specified date and time.
A $200 cancellation fee in the form of your session retainer will be charged for any cancelled session. Subsequent rescheduling of your session will require an additional non-refundable $200 session retainer (or $50 session retainer for a social media and bloggers session), applicable to the cost of your session.
Arrival to your session no later than 20 minutes after your reserved session time is required.
I will do my best to accommodate you, however, according to my discernment, if availability of light or venue is an issue and affects the quality of the images, your session will need to be rescheduled and a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Payment for your session must be made in full prior to the beginning of the session.
Payment may be submitted on www.ellyssephotography.com, via Paypal or in cash form. Further payment for selected prints, additional digital photos or prints of additional photos not included in the terms of your collection selection, photo books, slideshows, etc. will be submitted via the order form in your Pixieset proofing gallery.
Basic retouching and editing is standard with each package and includes smoothing of blemishes not present on a permanent basis.
Any and all additional retouching, editing, or removal of objects, backgrounds, alterations, etc. /or changes, may be done for an additional $25-$50 fee per image.
Reserving, ordering, paying for, and/or taking part in a photo session(s):
